职 位：Business Analyst(Non-Finance)
Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Oracle and focus on manufacturing.
2、Ensures that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs.
3、Collaborates with business staff to meet business requirements; may be responsible for end user training.
4、Ensures that consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of the system.
5、Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
6、Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
7、May lead and direct the work of others.
8、Provide day-to-day support of reporting needs, system functionality, workflow, and system security
9、Assess end user needs and recommend system or reporting tools that can be used to fulfill these needs
10、Continually evaluate current processes and collaborate with process owner, functional leads and IT to implement solutions that will improve the process
11、Assist the Business Process Owner in the development of their process vision and work with the Business Process Owner to acquire a full understanding of the process vision.
12、Act as a communication liaison between the business process owner and the functional users, helping the users to understand the process vision and communicating issues and progress toward the vision back to the process owner.
13、Act as a facilitator between the functional and technical groups to foster communication between the groups while working to achieve the process vision.
14、Provide on-going system related training for new and current employees
15、Investigate, recommend and support the implementation of system upgrades, system security and continuous workflow improvements to enhance process efficiency.
16、Lead system related testing support of on-going production implementations including major patches or system upgrades.
17、Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the system configuration related to the modules / systems that support their business process.
18、Share accountability of business process outcome with those being supported
19、Accountable for IT SOX compliance.
20、May perform other duties as required.
Requirements：
1、Finance or Computer Science Degree
2、Certification in Oracle Applications implementation is highly desirable
3、5+ years experience in a multinational manufacturing or large Consulting company
4、Hands on Oracle implementation and support experience
5、Oracle E-Business suite 11i applications working knowledge, especially focus on Finance part.
6、Able to proactively forsee potential problems and perform proactive actions in advance
7、Strong analytical and organizational skills
8、Able to present and sell ideas
9、Able to work through people
10、Sytem Analysis and Design
11、Project Management
12、Problem Solving
13、Change Management
14、Very good written and spoken English skill
15、Communication/Collaboration Skills
