I will pay $0.03, you (tax payer) will pay $0.97. If this stock makes money later, I will take 20% of total profit, you will take 80%. If the darn thing goes to toilet, I will take 3% of total loss, you will take 97%. This is just FANTASTIC. Mr. Green
