IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in managing and operation of SAP Basis. Responsibilities include :
• Basis Administration
o Transport Management
o Kernel Upgrade
o Perform Client Copy
o Perform System Copy
o Support Pack Updates
o Performed Early Watch Alert configuration
• SAP Database Administration ( Oracle or DB2 )
o Perform DB Reorg
o DB file systems maintenance
• Provided documentation for technical process of basis administration
• Perform SAP System Sizing for new SAP System
• Installation of different SAP Systems eg. ECC 6. Solman, XI on different OS Platforms
• Perform SAP System upgrade from R3 to ECC 6
• System Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience in Enterprise Portal 7.0 or PI 7.0
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Supporting SAP Basis
At least 2 years experience in Working in 24x7 environment
At least 2 years experience in Apply knowledge of various Operating System eg. HP-UX , IBM AIX or Windows
At least 2 years experience in SAP EP or XI
At least 2 years experience in SAP ECC 6 upgrade
English: Fluent
Preferred
Certified in Oracle 10g
Certified in SAP
