Main Responsibilities:
– Manage the SAP function modules FI and CO. – Collaborate with internal customers (operating departments) and internal project team (OI & BBS) within SAP Implementation Projects and Business Process Optimization Projects.
Main activities: - Project Planning - As-Is Process Analysis - To-Be Process gap analysis - Change Management activities - User Acceptance Testing - Hypercare – Consult/support key-users of operating departments in using the SAP system. – Organize and perform process and system training for end-users. – Evaluation of process and system adjustments & enhancements due to legal and fiscal requirements, reconciliation with Group standards – Internal support for O&I ICS/GISC activities
Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor's degree or above. Major in accounting is preferred. – Knowledge of accounting principles in the Chemical Industry with sound SAP application knowledge in FI and CO.
– At least 5 years SAP implementation/support experience.
– Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
Good skills in spoken and written English – Open and professional communication style. – Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment – Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills – Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
