I used to work as the auditor in a Big 5 firm and worked on a state firm's overseas listing.

Possible translations:

1. State-owned shares.
2. foreign-owned shares.
3. (?) shares owned by institutions.
4. outstanding A shares.

I am not sure about 3, 4.

Suggestion: go to websites of some firms, who issued both A and B (or H shares) and look into their annual reports(the ownerships section), they will give you all the terms.
