 职位要求如下：(location:HangZhou)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the team’s overall deliverables.
2. Responsible for Motivating, Mentoring, Performance Management & Designing career path for the team member.
3. Responsible for process improvements
4. Handles customer reporting and escalations. Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 1 year management experience. BPO industries experience is preferred.
2. Self-starter, leadership and can work under pressure.
3. Good Communication Skills (Both Chinese & English)
