Job Responsibilities:
Provide good services to one of our key Banking customers in Hong Kong and Singapore by ISSC Banking competency team, which include applications maintenance, development and enhancement. The candidate for this position will be reporting to Shenzhen Delivery Manager and will be leading and motivating project team in Shenzhen, mainly interfacing with IBM Hong Kong and IBM Singapore as well as Banking customers from Hong Kong and Singapore, to provide high quality, on budget and on time services according to SOW.
Qualifications:
Applications Qualifications
- Banking working experience should be at least 5 years, and minimum 3 years working on ATM applications.- Must have sound knowledge and skills in Banking ATM applications areas.
- Must have mastered the business flow of HSM related encryption/decryption algorithm, and have good understanding of ATM Key management.
- Should have maintenance and enhancement experiences with service providers like JETCO, EPSCO, HSM, Visa Plus, and Vision Plus.
- It's a plus having experiences or knowledge in Internet banking applications, Telephone Banking applications and Banking general ledger business flow.
Technical Qualifications
- Mainframe working experience should be at least 5 years, and minimum 3 years working on OS/390.
- Must have mastered MVS COBOL, JCL, TSO/E, ISPF, VSAM, CICS programming.
- Should have good experiences in Mainframe debugging tools like Xpeditor online/batch and CEDF.
- Should have experience in using CA-ENDEVOR to control the software versions.
- It’s a plus having experiences or knowledge in IBM OS/390 Assembler programming language.Professional Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years team leader or project manager experience.
- Must have excellent communications skills in English and Cantonese, in terms of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Should have experiences working with Hong Kong customers, better to have working experience with foreign customers.- Willing to travel to Hong Kong
- Willing to work over time when project schedule is tight.- Willing to work under high pressure, self-motivated, and be active in team development and knowledge sharing.- Willing to be possibly on-call to support Production Applications on 7*24 bases.
- It’s a plus to have followed CMMI processes and procedures in project management documentation.
