I have a question: In a three story building, which floor is the most desirable? The top floor, or the second floor? I've always thought 2nd floor, however, someone mentioned on another Web site that the top floor is the most ideal, and I didn't quite understand.
Also, records indicate that my city has a house inventory of approximately, at least 10 months of sales (so many houses simply stay listed week after week and month after month). Also, Merrill predicted earlier today that there'll likely be another 20%-25% (?) drop of housing prices in 2009. I seriously think that housing prices will continue to go down.
