IT support：
1. 该职位是对该公司的产品通过电邮和电话的方式进行售后技术支持,包括PC、系统、网络、服务器等。call center, 客服性质
2. 该职位面对欧美客户，因此要求英语十分流利，能跟欧美客人直接沟通交流，帮助他们解决技术问题；
3. 该工作仅对英语要求很高，希望有一定IT背景（没有IT背景英语优秀者可考虑），薪水可谈。
4. 该职位分为两个不同的部门，一个是倒班，一个是夜班。倒班对于IT背景要求很高，夜班可以没有IT背景。
5. 夜班职位的工作时间是根据北美时间，为周一到周五的10:00pm-7:00am，但是公司会给
予每个月2000左右的晚班补助。
6.倒班的职位7D*24H倒班制度，晚上上班有补助，大夜班100元/次，小夜班待定。
7. 该部门是公司新成立的部门，同事多以年轻海归为主。
8. 该职位有十分出色的培训计划，包括语言、文化、IT等多方面，都是公司从美国请来的讲师。9. 该公司提供14个月的薪水，每年的年终和年末各有一次双薪。同时提供每年15天的带薪假日于15天的带薪病假。这连两个职位每月都有15%的语言补助。
10. 该部门的晋升空间很大，由于是新成立的部门，所以会有将近10%的人在一年内promote。（TL）
