I can feel that it has been long that you have not been in China.

The cas like that happens everyday. When I came back, my mother keeps worning me NEVER get involved in those things - because the people has got too many lessions.

The most possible, in my opinion, is that the Police Son has traped PENG. He knows very well the law and he has did many tracks on perpous : keep PENG staying with them by asking for help ; ask for PENG to borrow some poche money as a indirect evidence etc.

Maybe you can understand better if I retell this story:

As soon the Son Police and her sister get called, they call each other inmmidately. The Son Police knows so much about the law and he deals with those things all days - he knows perfectely how to get a adventage in this play.

Maybe he didn't know what has happened and he was not sure if it was the duty of PENG. But it seems possable and raisonable.
Then he has told her sister not to take any action unnecessary and to follow his instructions.

Before they get to the place, they have already a plan - try to find the direct evidence, if there is not, then make some indirect ones.

PENG has already told the juge the raison why he has staied for so long - the son has asked for him to help.

What I can say is that PENG is too naive to tell the true motivation of the Son Police - he just want to keep PENG to stay with them and make sure if PENG is responsable.

But why PENG has agreed ?
Because he beleves that he is not guilty and he fears nothting. He does not what to be the suspect for whole life. Then he keeps staying with them and finally they make a statement in the Police Office.

Until the old Madame accuse him, PENG did never realise that what he was asked to do was for legal perpous, which was planed by the Son Police.

How can we tell that the Son Police has planed all this ?
By the cas of Losting of Original Statements.
Why are they lost ? How are they lost ?
Why the Son Police has kept by himself a photo? He has make the photo before the losting, or after the losting ?

From this action, we can tell that he is very smart and experienced. We have raison to supposed that it was him who has stolen the original files to check if there are any statements defavorable.

Finaly, the old Madame has made all those into a film - she lies.
She dynied a key witness who has called her son. Why ? If it is true that she was knocked by PENG, she should try by all means to find the witness because it will be more advtange for her interest.
From this point, we can tell that she is a big lier.

Then her son was embarresed by the situation.
He knows that it was not PENG's responable, therfore he can not speak out the truth - his mother is a lier.

That is why he didn't show in the court. Presenting in the Court is too dangerous - if he donsn't lie, his words will against his mother's; if he lies, it is very possable to be proved fake by the defence lawer and he will lost his reputation even his job.

By all means, the POLICE should not lost any sue cas.
The judge has made a rediculeus judgement which makes people laughing.

That is my understanding on this cas.
I know that it is hard to understand why PENG has keeped staying with them for long and even has paied some for them.

Let me ask you some questions:
- In US, if you are asked by a police officer to help send a old Madame to the hosptal , will you refuse immidately ? or you will help by your best, because you have a real beleve in mind ?


Everyone has his own answer. The answer is a mirror of the mind indeep.

Although we are rich in money, but if our minds are empty, we are not yet the Nobles by the meaning of Human Being.

Maybe you wonder why I can approche the truth by this way.
Because a son of a Chinese Chef Police has been my roommate.
You will never know the darkness deeply inside, if you don't have any police or lawer friends in China.
