Support Consultant
负责处理客户的SAP Business One 模块相关问题。针对B1模块内部的系统问题，业务流程问题以及财务问题。为公司外部欧美及东南亚，日本客户提出业务解决方案。并使用DI 和UI（Interface API）解决客户的二次开发问题。对SAP的底层数据库和表结构有较深层次的认识。主要支持财务，销售，采购，客户管理，生产，库存，物料需求计划，人力资源模块及各种add on系统。对中小企业的全部业务流程和SAP各模块关联有完整的认识和理解，并有多次处理critical问题的经验。
同时作为同*** Japan的coordinator, 协调客户与local expert之间的业务联络, 参与每周的local expert例会，提出业务改善方案与建议。
在工作过程中组织过业务专题的强化培训并参与新进员工的training 与 mentoring。
Global Customer Project Manager
- English speaking/writing must be very good (this person will be required to communicate daily with large customers of Lenovo - in many different countries as well as Lenovo sales teams, globally)

Being at the beginning of the Service Delivery process chain it is key for the GSC process to produce high quality results for the customers of *** and *** itself in an efficient manner.
The Delivery Excellence team is driving process efficiency and process improvements within the GSC and across TSDO organizations. The role of the service project manager is to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive implementations for the global organization in order to achieve measurable improvements according to ob<x>jectives.
Requirements: Subject Matter Expertise
a.. experience in Call Center Environment; frontline experience will be beneficial
b.. knowledge about GSC frontline processes
c.. knowledge about TSDO End-To-End support delivery process
