and the people from the north. But I am what I am. I didn't want to hurt myself health wise for business. Principle one, no liquor; principle two, no smoking. Occasionally a glass of Vin Rouge is ok. But people at that night drank up several bottles of liquor even before the cold dishes were all on the dining table; by the time the hot dishes came, they all lost themselve. How can you do business like that?? I didn't want to take advantage of them, actually. If people find it hard to accept my habits, then my way or hight way. That is why I like Chicago more because you would get a ticket if you smoke in public. Or you will get a fine if you serve French 鹅肝! (this is too much though)
