Don't you see other alternatives such as founding a company, securing venture capital investment here, and then making direct investment back to China, in the meantime transferring technology back to CHina and outsourcing a lot more back to China considered to be a contribution?
By no mean, I am discounting the contribution of everyone who makes his way or her way back, but only want to shed light on the issue from a different angle.
