There are many people who have more money than you do, why don't they all become Angel fund or VC ?

1st thing 1st, what is your ob<x>jective for this investment, what kind of return you are expecting, what kind of risk you are willing to take ?

Agree suggestions from other post, funding a startup is very risky with limited fund and experience. 10M RBM is not a lot of money to burn.
