NASDAQ will catch up, it may take a while, but the uptrend is forming, at least in the short term. Given the fact that the real estate is cooling down (although historically the cycle is 6 or 7 years, I wish it's shorter) and more money from real estate may be still coming this way, the uptrend may will sustain for a while, let's cross our fingers here.
