bullish right now. The Dow has been hitting new highs but not nsdq which still has a long way to go! The third quarter earning report season is coming; so far I have not seen many pre-warnings from the companies, even I know I have missed lots of news recently when I am traveling overseas and still in different time zones! (right now the local time is midnight here!)
But if you are under-invested now and ready to plunge yourself into the market, be careful and selective to new commitments.
