I saw 'oral english' somewhere before, so I just used it without thinking too much. 'spoken english' or 'verbal english' both sound fine, but you can't say 'oral english' is wrong although it's rarly used.
To learn a language, especially oral english (oops, did I say oral again?), you ought to be brave first, and don't take too much syntax into account.
By the way, we speak, we write in english, we are not doing that for showing off, we are doing it for better adapting to this society and making our lives easier. Hope this is understandable for everyone here in this forum.
