有2年以上技术支持工作经验；
日语或英语流利，可在工作中无障碍交流；
有网络经验，熟悉Linux或Unix操作系统；掌握TCP/IP，NFS，CIFS等网络协议；
熟悉网络存储设备者优先；有在知名企业中从事技术支持相关工作的背景者优先。
