Overall Responsibility
• Manage daily operation of APSSC T&E Time and Reporting Team, perform Back End Console, Repeat Offender Tool, Compliance Tool and Audit Tool for all APSSC supported countries and assist local T&E team in ensuring the successful achievement of business and financial goals
• Responsible for assisting the Finance Process Manager in supporting all, or part, of the end-to-end process by applying process experience toward the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes, job aids, and templates.
Role Expectations
50% of Time Focused on APSSC Time & Expense Time and Reporting Team:
50% of Time Focused on Global Finance Process Architecture Time & Expense:
Relationships
• Reports to: APSSC T&E Manager & Global FPA T&E Manager
• Supervises: APSSC T&E Time and Reporting Team & T&E Specialist
• External Relationships: CIO Application Product Managers, Production Support Architects, Super Users
Qualifications
• Education: Major in Accounting, CPA or equivalent finance qualifications preferred
• Work Experience: 1 or more years
• Language: Excellent spoken and written English
