The role will be to perform the following activities:
*Works with the customer to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization and information technology strategies from Contact Center and Telephony perspective.
*Helps customers conceptualize the means to apply information technology as a strategic asset.
*These consultants are involved at each step in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the enterprise's accomplishment of business goals.
*This level of business consultant is a thought leader within the company for the strategic application of systems integration.
*Conceptualizes and develops the company's systems integration consulting methodologies and models.
*Responsible for achieving business results such as client satisfaction and profit.
*Engagements impact multiple company and customer geographies.
*Addresses most of customer’s Contact Center and communications business processes in an organization and directs the documentation in an analysis of their current effectiveness in supporting the customer's strategic business goals.
*This level is responsible for developing the disciplines and the business results of the engagements.
*Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.
*May be either a leader or a team member, depending on the scope of the consulting assignment.
*Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
