Business Development Specialist and Assistant to Managing Director
MacroStat (China) Clinical Research Co., Ltd. is a CRO (Contract Research Organization) providing biostatistics and data management services to clinical as well as non-clinical studies in United States (US), Australia, Asia Pacific Region, Japan, United Kingdom (UK), China, and other countries. MacroStat is the unique CRO in China that has been doing projects for submitting to US FDA, CVM (Center for Veterinary Medicine) and EPA (Environment Protection Agency).
MacroStat is recruiting for a Business Development Specialist and Assistant to Managing Director position to be located in Shanghai.
Responsibilities include:
a) Be responsible to draft, review and approve MacroStat promotional materials, templates and summary logs.
负责审核并批准各类宣传材料、各类模板和汇总表。
(b) Be responsible to prepare, coordinate and participate exhibitions and internal meetings.
负责准备、组织协调、参加各类展会和内部会议
(c) Complete RFI、 RFP, Quotation, Contract and Work Order in time.
及时完RFI、RFP、报价，合同。
(d) Assist Managing Director for other documentation related tasks.
协助总经理完成其它文档任务
Qualification:
. (a) Academic / Major 学历 /专业
Bachelor of Science/Life science related major, 本科/生命科学相关专业
(b) Professional Skills 专业技能要求
Familiar with pharmaceutical product development process; 熟悉药品研发流程；
Understanding of SFDA, ICH regulations. 理解SFDA、ICH法规。
(c) Working Experience 工作经验要求
Some BD support related experience in CRO. 有CRO做BD支持的工作经验为佳。
(d) Language ability 语言能力
Excellent in verbal/written communication in English. 熟练应用中英文。At least CET6
(e) Computer Literacy 电脑相关知识
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 熟练应用Microsoft Office软件。
(f) Others 其它
Detail-oriented; 认真仔细；
Team Player; 良好的合作精神；
Good presentation and negotiation skills; 良好的沟通表达和谈判技能；
Be able to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and catch deadlines. 能够同时开展多项任务并按时完成。
