Job Description The incumbent will liaison with the Mobilization and onshore technical and business teams, internal Technology Support functions and wherever necessary with Client technology teams to understand fully the client requirements. The incumbent will ensure that projects are implemented in a planned manner and meet requirements of functionality while meeting internal quality and security standards and certifications.
Responsibilities :
The Job would involve the following aspects:
Project Management of Technology Enablement of BPO projects
Identifying Risk & plan mitigation measures
Project tracking, reporting & communication to stakeholders
Implement the technology solution & get signoff from the business/onshore team on the delivery
Carry out system acceptance & user acceptance testing & document results
Prepare support plan for operations in stable state & signoff from service delivery lead of the project & delivery centre IT lead
Prepare IT DR (Disaster Recovery) plan & implement BCP/DR capability
Prepare & track steady state IT budget for the project
Provide tactical inputs on broader technology needs & concerns of deals and centre
Participate in the client IT audits at the delivery centre.
Ensure ongoing compliance to various certifications such as eSCM, ISO27001 etc.
Review the technology optimization opportunities periodically
Evaluate draft Performance Reports, and supply input to the Service Performance section of the unit’s Performance Reports
Assist in the development of contract changes, Operational Level Agreements, and Service Level Agreements, which are ultimately approved by Unit Management
Required Educational Qualifications College Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience required.

ITIL Foundation
MCSE
CCNA (Preferred)
PMP (Preferred)
Years of Experience Over all 6 Years of Experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Network Management, Design, System Integration
4+ years of experience in design / System Integration of LANs/WANs and Application technologies with IT/ITES companies
3+ years of strong experience of connectivity options, Service Level agreements, BCP/DR solutions and market benchmarks on pricing.
3+ Years of strong experience in Systems/Network (LAN&WAN), Performance management and security solutions will be an added advantage. Ability to manage resources within time and budget is a key challenge.
3+ years of strong experience in Customer Facing Role
Role Specific Knowledge
Strong Knowledge of Team Management, Account Management, Excellent knowledge of BPO Specific Business Units, IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Customer Management, Escalations Management
Product/Service Specific Knowledge Should be capable of working independently on large assignments
Should be willing to work on shifts and stretch for long hours, when required.
Ability to manage resources within time and budget is a key challenge.
Strong Understanding of Voice Support
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to build productive working relationships with others
Customer service focus
Service Design and management exposure
Must be able to work with and educate the user community
Strong service oriented attitude
Strong Budgeting Skills
Process Specific Knowledge Strong Knowledge of BS7799 / ISO27001 / ISO 200000 / ITIL Framework / eSCM etc.)
Tools Specific Knowledge Call logging tools like Remedy, HP Service Desk, CA Service Desk etc
HP Openview, TNG, MRTG, or experience with any network management tools is desirable
