PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion initiatives with Brand and the site team to hit and exceed eBiz financial targets with analysis of business data
Improve online operation business process in order to make all team members concentrate core competence than urgent/unnecessary task.
Work closely with Brand, BMG, Marcom and Legal to create and maintain site content as well as prioritize website real estate allocations
Report online merchandising team initiated strategy, business results to eBiz business management group and HSB marketing group.
Make good use of new technology to both to drive business and do reduce operation workload.

SKILLS
Good communication skills in English; Japanese or Korea language skill will be a plus
People management skill
Data analysis and logical thinking
Effective business process developing/improvement
Understanding of online marketing including new product marketing
Good team building/working skill is appreciated.
At least 3 years marketing related working experience.
Major in Marketing , MBA or Business intelligent.
