GENERAL SUMMARY
Working as a merchandising manager, will be responsible for managing online promotions/event to drive online business through an effective team. His/Her team's proposal is directly dealt by Content creator or pass to merchandising operator. He/She will use his/hers knowledge of the marketing/online sale in partnership with the Brand managers to create high impact online merchandising and product communication. His/Her performance make ’s online business to succeed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion initiatives with Brand and the site team to hit and exceed eBiz financial targets with analysis of business data
Improve online operation business process in order to make all team members concentrate core competence than urgent/unnecessary task.
Work closely with Brand, BMG, Marcom and Legal to create and maintain site content as well as prioritize website real estate allocations
Report online merchandising team initiated strategy, business results to eBiz business management group and HSB marketing group.
Make good use of new technology to both to drive business and do reduce operation workload.

Good communication skills in English; Japanese or Korea language skill will be a plus
People management skill
Data analysis and logical thinking
Effective business process developing/improvement
Understanding of online marketing including new product marketing
Good team building/working skill is appreciated.
At least 3 years marketing related working experience.
Major in Marketing , MBA or Business intelligent.
