General Summary
1. Internal Control Manger -
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members within Dalian. Responsible for participating on and periodically leading teams in process and control reviews that focus on operational and financial issues. Interacts with various levels of staff and management drawn from different functions to obtain information, identify issues and present these findings into both spoken and written communications. Works on complex assignments where independent judgment and initiative are required to recognize/resolve problems and discrepancies. Provide technical expertise and support to teammates within the organization.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in accounting, business 会计或经济学士以上学历
• 3+ related working experience in audit, internal control 三年以上审计或内部控制相关工作经验
• Understanding of business practices and systems理解商业惯例及制度
• Verbal and written communication skills in English英语的口头及书写技巧
• Project management skills项目管理技巧
• Team skills团队合作能力
• Creative problem solving and decision-making skills创造性的问题解决及进行判断的技巧
• Good multi-tasking skills.良好的多问题处理能力
• Prefer Public accounting ( BIG4) firm experience有国际四大会计师事务所经历的优先
