Job title: Tivoli Senior software development & test lead (Beijing)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the team to work on the Tivoli software Dev or Test project
Involve the full software development cycle
Lead the team to ensure the quality
Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
Deep understanding of the software development/ testing process
Excellent skills on the required area (depends on different products)
Deep understanding of J2EE, xml, JMS, BPEL Web Services, WSDL, SOAP and knowledge on SCA and SDO is a plus
Good sense on the software quality assurance
Familiar with IBM Software product, Websphere, MQ etc.
Familiar with Unix and Linux, iSeries/zSeries skill is a plus
CMVC or ClearCase experience is a plus
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
Bachelor or Master degree major in Computer Science or Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities include:
Solution architecture design and engagement
Lead delivery team during solution design/implementation in lab or customer projects
Consult on IBM software/hardware portfolio/solution to customers
For software solution architect/technical leader, require at least one software brand in-depth solution experiences.
For STG solution architect/technical leader, require the Storage or Open Systems skills and service project experiences.
Requires travel within China, US and other countries.

Excellent communication skills, both Chinese and English(written and spoken)
Skills for software/system IT architect or specialist, mastering GSMthod is a plus

Rich experiences in consulting and solution design using IBM products
Project management skills
Strong customer facing skills and passion of working with clients

Industry domain knowledge as a plus (supply chain management, warehouse management, ERP, telecommunications, etc)
Self motivator and quick learner
IBM Software product development and testing experiences are plus.
