Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Finance Process Manager in supporting all, or part, of the end-to-end process by applying process experience toward the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes, job aids, and templates.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the support, maintenance and development of Finance policies, processes and procedures
• Maintain the Finance process model and RACI design
• Work with the Security Architect to maintain security roles to enable end user access to Finance process activities
• Assist with the development of opportunities to increase end user productivity through development of best practices, reports, forms, templates, and other tools to support Finance processes
• Assist with the resolution of functional inquiries raised by super users
• Ensure end users are making the most effective use of the deployed processes and systems, and minimize requests for enhancements
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop impact assessments for fixes, updates, and enhancements across processes
• Document position papers to articulate business requirements
• Develop test scripts and scenarios, provide data, and participate in testing of fixes and enhancements
Investigate ongoing production support requirements for master data and configuration changes
Relationships
• Reports to: T&E Manager
• Supervises: T&E Specialist
• External Relationships: CIO Application Product Managers, Production Support Architects, Super Users
Qualifications
• Education: Major in Accounting, CPA or equivalent finance qualifications preferred
• Work Experience: 1 or more years
