Overall Responsibility: Assist in the transition of Client Financial Management and Asia Pacific Client Accounting Team processes from the countries to the APSSC Help Desk and control the on-going operations to ensure successful achievement of business and financial goals
Role Expectations:
10% of Time Focused on Transitioning CFM & APCAT Processes From In-Country to the APSSC
· Execute transition plans to ensure success against defined service levels
10% of Time Providing Financial Leadership
· Analysis and development of recommendations for process improvements to the CFM & APCAT Specialist
· Participation in training programmes
80% of Time Focused on On-Going Operations of the CFM & APCAT Team
· Work within the APPSC CFM & APCAT team to improve performance and address issues
· Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of CFM & APCAT processes to internal customers by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices
· Implementation of operational improvements as required

CFM Help Desk Scope of Processes:
· Preparation of Lite and Full Service reporting packs for client engagements on a monthly basis utilising financial accounting systems and inputs on estimates to complete from client engagements
· Pricing for new deals where CFM Full or Lite Service professionals are not available. Provide pricing support on benchmarks and sources of information.
· Completion of information for set up of new and modification of existing jobs, engagements and projects on clients without CFM Full or Lite Service
· Initiate transactions for client engagements including non-time revenue recognition, time transfers, invoicing for client engagements and projects without CFM Full or Lite Service
· Supply of basic information such as results and job ledgers to client engagements and projects without CFM Full or Lite Service
· Review of pricing on new deals
· Collation of policy questions relating to internal policies and GAAP accounting issues to pass onto appropriate financial accounting policy experts
· Adhoc presentations and analysis as required
APCAT Scope of Processes:
· Collection of Client Accounting Forms in regards job, engagement and project set-up, modification and closure through Client Accounting Lotus Notes database
· Validation of Client Accounting Forms in regards job, engagement and project set-up, modification and closure with appropriate follow up actions to correct issues
· Uploading of Client Accounting Forms into Financial Accounting system for processing in financial results
