Company profile: a Global Leader in online payment solution
Location: Shanghai
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building the China Cross Boarder Merchant Service Business and New Business Opportunities
2. Identify and prioritize business opportunities in various market segment; develop and lead the execution of Cross Boarder Merchant Service plan to capture the opportunities
3. Be the lead person to develop contracts/relationships and sign deals with critical Export merchants; build an infrastructure to promote the company to other targeted segments
4. Identify other new business opportunities such as wireless, offline, etc
5. Work closely with functional team in Product, Marketing, and other teams
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years total work experience. MBA or similar degree preferred
2. Demonstrated business development and enterprise sales success; experienced with Export business or international trade. Internet marketing a huge plus
3. Have some understanding and contacts within China online; familiarity with online payment industry a strong plus.
4. A self-starter and results-oriented, with ability to focus on details without losing track of the big picture
5. Ability to think strategically
6. Team player with demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally
7. Prior leadership experience
8. Energetic, with ability to work in fast-moving and fluid environment
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Native Chinese speaking; fluent in English
