Main responsibility:
1. In this position you are expected to provide leadership and guidance on the development and support operations for the development team
2. As a manager you will perform administrative duties for staff including training, providing career development and conducting regular performance reviews.
3. to put applications into production, including: requirements/develop/ testing/release , specially to communicate and cooperate with the present team in New York
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years overall experience in software development, have the ability to lead a team (more than 30 people) and actual experience, worked in a large MNC company before (at least 3 years)
2. must have good reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of English
3. have design/ develop/ operate large JAVA system experience, with high technical development skills. A demonstrated record of shipping high quality software on time and experience in JAVA technologies.
4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to communicate well with the team but also good cooperation with other departments
5. Strong project management skills
6. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
7. Ability to solve problems under pressure
8. Proven skills for designing global products with local relevance.
9. A BA/MS degree in Computer Science
