FP&A MANAGER
Reporting to CFO, responsible for financial planning, variance analysis and
reporting activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Drive the short and long-term planning cycle (Sl, Sll and OP) for the business,
working closely with business leadership team
Work with senior leaders and cross functional teams to assist the business in
meeting commitments through understanding the impact of business
decisions on financial performance
Provide support for planning and other finance related activities to the
Manager of Finance
Drive simplification projects to improve finance and FP&A processes
Provide financial support to key business projects driving overall simplification
and productivity initiatives.
Establish General Ledger structure in order to best support operating
structure and FP&A reporting requirements.
Prepare and deliver business presentations on operational strategy and
financial performance.
Oversee Revenue Billing, Inter-company assessments and cost-revenue
allocation model between our operating and financing legal entities
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent in finance and accounting
5+ years of relevant finance experience within a multi-national corporation
Experience with US GAAP
Excellent analytical skills (strong Excel skills a must)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong PowerPoint skills a
must)
Good command of English in oral & written
Knowledge and experience with financial systems
Self motivated individual with the ability to energize others
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure
