Responsibilities
Be responsible for improving processes and driving total cost out by collecting
and analyzing quality measurements
Lead and execute projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology - identify and
prioritize issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and
successfully implement all facets of process improvements or changes
identified and implement sustainable control mechanism in place
Drive the use of statistical methods of problem solving and direct/steer
projects in key process areas
Review progresses and issues of key initiative to business leadership and
process teams
Train and educate employees on six sigma & Lean concepts and tools
Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in
performance - ensure operational definitions and performance targets are
based on voice of the customer
Work effectively in a cross-functional and culturally diverse work group
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related major
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge on Finance & Controllership processes
5+ years working experience
At least 2 years of experience in Finance/Quality roles
Previous experience in project management
Previous experience as a change agent
Desired
Green Belt Certification desired
Assertive, must be able to drive cross-functional efforts
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
