Job Description: Two IT Project Managers Based in Shanghai for a Global Fortune 100 US IT Service Company
- at least 3 years hands-on experience in supporting office automation, email systems (e.g. Lotus Notes), Internet / Intranet, network projects / day-to-day operation.
- good sense on how to run IT operations and comply with IT security / audit requirement.
- at least 2 years hands-on experience on PMO role, managing medium to large-scale projects
- understand and capable to manage IT vendors to run projects / deliver services as per contract requirements
- good understanding on the use of common project management processes / standard solution in performing this role
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the IT area, with regional / MNC experience
- customer oriented, good sense of business drivers / opportunities, strong knowledge / experience to manage changes for users
-good attitude, energetic, able to accept high workload & stress
- effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written), experience in using Excel and PowerPoint for management reporting
- work independently and be able to make decision within given authority
- the following are the list of projects / operation tasks to be assigned in the last 12 months:
1. Windows NT and Windows 2003 Servers migration
2. XP deployment / Notes client deployment
3. QIP deployment
4. IPAR / Network separation
5. Day-to-day operation management (e.g. incident / problem management, CAB, SLA review)
6. Work standardization (e.g. change management)
7. SSL VPN / China VPN gateway deployment
8. IP Telephony / VOIP deployment
9. Wireless pilot / deployment
