Job Description
*Manager/Senior Manager for Memory Product Development
Job Description:
* Staff responsibility for ~20-40 chip design engineers
for DRAM product development
* Hiring, training, and guidance of new employees
according to headcount targets
* Developing and advancing the skill set in support of the
projects
* Resource planning and staffing of projects
* Ownership for cost center
* Interfacing with internal customers, other development
departments and synchronization with memory product development centers world-wide
* Assuring schedule- and performance compliance of
development projects
* Continuous improvement of technical- and non-technical
skills of team-members as well as design methodologies for world-class quality products and high development efficiency
* Advising & supporting the team leaders
Requirements:
* Technical or scientific education
* >4 years of experience in product development
* Experience in circuit design / layout required
* Experience in managing a Department desired
* Leadership skills required
* High grade of flexibility
* Highly motivated and engaged
* Good communication skills
*Team Leader IC Verification
Job Description:
* Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of IC
Verification
* Take technical lead for the team working in the field of
IC verification.
* Interface to business groups
* Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
* Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects
* Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based
on comittment
* Career and training planning of team members
* Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development
process within the team
Requirements:
* Phd/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics
Engineering or in related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IC development with
at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
* Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV)
- Specman based verification and formal verification method.
* Should be very conversant with IC development
methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
* Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have
excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Tool skills:
- General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat,
etc)
- EDA tool knowledge
* Ability to speak and write English is a must, CET 6
* Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum
supervision.
* Willingness to take overseas business trip.
