VIDEO DECODER MANAGER #718399
* position located in Shanghai, China
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Project Lead/Manager at NVIDIA, you will be leading the architecture, micro-architecture and integration of a Video Decoder.
- You will also be responsible for RTL design, synthesis, verification and timing checks using the industry standard ASIC tools.
- You will also manage a team of senior and junior engineers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of design experience, of which at least 3 should be in a project lead or manager role.
- Must be hands on and have significant experience in architecture definition, VHDL/Verilog coding, Design Verification, Chip Emulation, Synthesis, Timing Closure and Bring-up.
- Must possess the ability to lead and mentor staff in terms of task assignments, project tracking, technical development, etc.
- Requires knowledge of Digital systems and VLSI design, Computer Architecture, Computer Arithmetic, and C/C++ programming languages.
- Good communications skills and desire to work as a team player.
- Previous experience high speed signal processing is a requirement； experience with digital video compression standards such as MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.263, H.264, and Windows Media Video is highly desired
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
