COUNTRY MANAGER - CHINA #579189
*Postion located in Shanghai, China
The China country manager will be fully responsible for managing the sales activities of NV to achieve forecasted sales according to plan, as well as managed the planned expense limits and applying sound business controls. This includes the achievement of market share dominance supported by strong demand-pull activities.
Secondly, he need to recruit, motivate and train in-country staff for results and develop strong working relationships with key peer managers located within the region to ensure a seamless customer account management. The successful candidate will take a leading role in key account development and management (i.e. Lenovo, TCL etc.).
Thirdly, he will build up needed rapport with the headquarters for resources and support as well as for complete alignment of business objectives and targets.
The successful candidate will help to shape the future China strategy of the Company going forward although the immediate key priorities of the position are tactical, requiring a top notch individual who is an extremely proficient executor and able to lead a multi-faceted team to achieve demanding goals in a competitive/complex market.
