收到朋友的一个EMAIL, 告知一个中国的公司即将上市,问是否要买一些SHARES,然后可以在上市的三天内卖了套现.朋友是很好的,情况是很奇怪的,对国内公司到美国来上市的程序是很不了解的,请大虾们读一读,判断一下真伪
XXX公司 is going to do public filing in 00/00/05, before that We have some shares to offer which works this way: you can buy share without paying for 3 days(when it goes public) if the shares go up you can sell it within 3 days and pocket the difference but nobody can guarantee it. But if you check the stock marked you will see the XXX industry's shares are doing extremely well these days of course it's your option whether to buy or not. The share price will be around $$ ~ $$$
(这算什么SHARE? 是什么样的PROCEDURE?)
