urgent position-- business consultant （SAP MM+PP）
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including workshop facilitation, investigations, process development and project management.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes for the automotive industry
• Be a visionary who is one step ahead and proactively proposes solutions
• Ability to provide clients with recommendations to address business strategies and operations
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global organization
• Experience in conceiving and designing global IT solutions
• Experience in taking a consultative approach with clients and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Understanding of the control framework for client processes, projects and pre-studies (e.g. IS-GDP, IS-GDP4IT, etc.)
• Ability to fit details into the overall picture (helicopter view) Understanding of system architecture and best practices. Experience in large-scale IT implementations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
Highly desirable qualifications include:
• Familiarity with supply chain processes specifically in Demand Planning and Ordering, Sales and Operations Planning; and Production Planning and Scheduling. Logistics, MPS and MRP.
• Familiarity with Change Management processes
Familiarity with Supply Chain Management solutions, specifically SAP PP and MM, and desire SD understanding. A background in BASIS and configuration would also be highly desirable.
Experience implementing and integrating IT tools and business processes
