This role will act as a liaison between customer, technical solutions / support groups, using the technology and best practices developed by the Company to deliver quality business process / requirement analysis.
Experiences:
Business Analyst in this role will have successfully demonstrated the following skills over a minimum of three (4) years of progressive, directly related job experiences.
• Requirement elicitation
researching and interviewing, learning the customer requirement and following up the detail requirement item from block requirement.
• Facilitation preparing and leading workshops (e.g. requirement presentation for project team)
• Requirement determination
using structured, repeatable processes for documenting, analyzing and validation requirements
• Business Process Modeling - Documenting and diagramming current state business processes, then deriving and documenting/diagramming desired/future state high-level business processes
• Requirements Management - creating and maintaining baselines and traceability
• Collaboration - building relationships and working effectively with internal and external teams, at all organizational levels
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and have 5years IT workingexperience and a minimum of 2 years of related BA experience.
Communication Skills:
• Verbal: explaining, questioning, exploring and listening
• Written: presenting information and communicating concepts to business and technical audiences at all levels
• Presentation: preparing and delivering at the right level of details for each audience and delivering with a communicative, professional and engaging style

Personality:
• A Team Player both internally and externally including co-workers across departments and customers.
• Has a strong desire in learning advance technology and software solutions.
• Self-starter with well developed sense of priorities and the ability to follow through
• Mature, pleasant, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Respect different cultures and willing to travel to project sites as required.
