Location: Shanghai
Opportunity:
Currently we would like to expand our team with an Accountancy Consultant. We need a candidate who has Financial Management experience and worked with finance staff before. This candidate must have the skills to explore and contact new clients within finance departments. Business Development with clients who need an executive search partner to search and select for Finance Managers and CFO positions.
Responsibilities:
- Keep our Recruitment Management System (RMS) up-to-date
- Cold calling candidates/clients to find new Accountancy leads
- Build a client network in Accountancy and maintain relationships with contacts to build a referral network
- Active networking like visiting the CPA association Shanghai and/or the University alumni associations etc
- Build a candidate network of Finance Managers and CFO’s
- Meet kpi’s (calls, client visits, bringing in assignments)
- Other responsibilities assigned by GM
- Stay up to date and build up Accountancy knowledge
Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- Chinese background or experience is a must
- 5-8 years working industry (preffered industry related; position in finance/accounting)
- Must have a win spirit, be result driven, flexible, independent, pro-active and smart
- Able to work under pressure and with patience
