Direct HR is a recruitment solution provider for the Chinese market. We apply a comprehensive portfolio of offline and online recruitment tools to find senior professionals and line managers for our clients in a timely manner.

Reporting to:
Account Manager
Travelling:
Yes, frequently.
Recruitment process:
+ CV Screening
+ Telephone Interview
+ Assessment Center
Responsibilities:
+ Executing the recruiting process, including developing the search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates to attract, evaluate and introduce suitable candidates to the client
+ Conduct online research and cold calls
+ Identify channels to market the position to potential candidates
+ Market vacant positions via different channels and approach relevant universities and organizations
+ Support Recruitment management in the final selection process
+ Support the Account Managers in the day-to-day client relationship management
+ Attend job fairs and networking events as appropriate
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in English and Business Administration, Major in Human Resources
+ More than two years of working experience in related fields, working experience in service industry and local knowledge and contacts
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills as well as good interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently as well as in team setting
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
+ Mandarin as native language and fluent in spoken and written English, fluent in spoken and written French, German, Cantonese and/or Japanese is a plus
+ Work and live in Shenzhen
