Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of about 20 test engineers working on IBM storage open systems interoperability test projects, certification validation, and ISV enablement support.
This candidate requires good communication and project management skills besides people management responsibilities. He/she needs to lead and grow/develop team’s in-depth technical skills in storage development to gain more ownership of storage product test mission.
Collaboration with local and US teams and best support to local customers and S&D team in China are key and critical successful factors to become an effective manager in this role.
Required Skills:
-Solid technical background, familiar with open systems, Storage products and technologies, good customer insight
-Strong people management skills with at least 2 years of management experience.
-Excellent communication and negotiating skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
-Strong leadership and drive to achieve, experience in collaborating with different business units.
-Master degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or above
