Sales Coach Manager
Principal responsibilities:
• Initiate, design and execute sales coaching program to improve sales competency level and productivity
• Regular Interlock with the Inside Sales Leadership team to understand their business needs and secure alignment on sales coaching program strategies to fulfill such needs
• Lead or support business leaders on sales competency improvement projects
• Manage the On-boarding Program for new inside sales hires after NH orientation. For this purpose, close interlock with TND & L&OD, Sales Planning & HR is a must.
• Provide leadership in the management of a team of sales coaches and ensuring the team remains in the “Champion“ quadrant.
- Build up coach certification program, develop the capabilities of coaches on coaching effectiveness & other necessary areas like product, skills, process & tools etc.
• Driving to meet or exceed all agreed operational goals.
• Ensuring all reporting requirements are met as scheduled.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years working experience and 3years sales manager or coach manager experience in a Global company (Call center experience is preferable )
• Experience and demonstrated ability in driving sales competency and productivity improvement.
• Proven success as a People Manager and delivering results in the right way
• Possesses a “customer focus” mindset
• Strong project management skill
• Strong communication and presentation skill.
• Strong command skill and has an ability in dealing with ambiguities.
• Strong written and spoken English
