Qualifications expected
At least at sales manager level for more than 3 years and a total of no less than 6 years in sales field. 不少于6年销售经验，其中不少于3年担任销售经理或以上职务
Solid experiences in field sales management: call cycle, call plan, route map, merchandising guidelines, product portfolio selling, teamwork management and report management etc在销量团队管理上拥有丰富经验：拜访周期、拜访计划、拜访路线、陈列指引、组合销售、团队管理、内部资讯管理等
Exposures in any FMCG companies and familiar with field sales management principles （ideally work for any of Coke, Wrigley, Wanglaoji, Kangshifu, President, Suntory and other leading FMCG companies） 曾经在快消品公司任职，并且对销量管理原理有充分认识
Preferably worked as internal sales trainer before, but not a must 最好（但非必定）曾经担任过公司内部培训师
Strong communication & presentation skills卓越的沟通及陈述技巧
English skill that could allow basic business purpose （level 4 or above）英语水平必须能够达到基本商务沟通需要（英语四级或以上）
Willing to take extensive business trips 愿意经常出差
Ideally aged at above 30 最好是在30岁以上
Basic Microsoft office skills 懂得基本的Office软件的使用
Job Spec
Act as a planner to assist Commercial Director to develop sales operation mode for each local sales team according to local situation (20%)参与销售策划，协助商务总监制定适合本地销售团队需要的销售业务模式 （占比 20%）
Act as a process facilitator to help local sales operation to build call plan, call cycle, route map, merchandising guidelines, product portfolio selling guideline, teamwork mgt, report mgt and KPI measurement scheme (30%)参与内部流程管理，协助本地销售团队建立拜访计划、拜访周期、拜访地图、陈列标准、产品组合销售、团队管理、内部报表管理以及KPI考核制度。（占比30%）
Act as a trainer to conduct sales trainings to field sales rep and supervisors using Carlsberg training module as the base with local adaptation to suit local needs (30%) 作为培训师，采用嘉士伯培训教材作为蓝本进行针对当地需要的内容调整，并对业务员、销售主管等进行培训。（占比20%）
Assist Commercial Director in other strategic sales projects, e.g. new product launch, new sales system implementation and might be given independent tasks (20%) 协助商务总监执行其他策略性销售项目，比如新产品上市、新销售系统执行，并将会独立执行给与的任务 （占比20%）
