Job Title : HRRM for RCC
Department : Regional Contact Center
Reports to : Senior HR Manager for RCC
Location : Shenzhen
Scope Of Role:
To provide strategic direction, leadership and expertise in the planning and performance of the Human Resources function in RCC. Support HR Manager, Head of RCC, RCC Businesses / Function Heads and their teams in the department.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
1. Support the Senior HR manager for RCC in setting and delivering people and organization strategy, direction, and objectives for the department.
2. To advise and support RCC business on matters of Group wide and cross functional significance and in particular to support the function heads based in the department in all areas related to resourcing, training, succession and career planning, change management, reward, organizational development, talent management and employee engagement.
3. Provide advisory and consultancy support to the business and their teams on Human Resources matters.
4. Ensure that effective arrangements are in place in RCC for regulatory and compliance measures related to people.
Operation and compliance risk management
1. Cascade code of conduct, compliance, mis-selling, and money laundering related information to staff.
2. Comply with respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activities, and should report any suspicious activities to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
3. To ensure all the operational and service issues are properly managed.
4. Ensure all Regulatory, Group Policies are adhered to in the branch and proper risk controls are in place

协助高级人力资源经理及业务部门制定用人计划,为本部门提供人力资源专业指导意见和协助
主要工作职责:
1. 协助高级人力资源经理及业务部门制定用人计划,用人目标及方向
2. 为部门补充职位,为员工制定培训,职业发展计划,员工激励制度及组织员工活动
3. 为业务部门解决人力资源和相关人事管理问题
4. 主导对本部门员工进行绩效考评和管理
5. 确保用人计划符合国家相关政策制度
营运和合规风险管理:
1. 向员工传达集团员工守则、合规管理、误导销售和反洗黑钱等相关信息
2. 遵照反洗黑钱相应的规定, 任何时候要警惕不寻常的或可疑的客户交易活动, 并且应当把任何可疑活动报告给相应部门的反洗黑钱主任和直线经理, 在紧急或特殊情况下, 可直接报告给地区反洗钱主任
3. 确保合规风险管理手册和部门工作程序中列明的控制程序得到完全的执行
4. 确保符合所有监管机构和集团的政策要求,所有风险控制要点都执行到位
5.国语、粤语、英语流利。
