5+ years experience of analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications
·Strong development experience with OO languages such as Java, JavaEE, Ruby on Rails, Python, Groovy, C#, MySQL, SHELL, Unix/Linux
·Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, testing driven design, automation testing and unit testing
·Prefere to have Agile Methodology knowledge, such as Extreme Programming (XP) & SCRUM
·Track record in delivering complex Web based business applications under pressure and tough deadline.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills in English in international hi-tech companies.
· Ideally with an academic background Master/PHD in Computer Science or Engineering
