Responsibilities:
Responsible for wireless solution management, architecture design, roadmap definition, help customer realize business transformation to wireless broadband.
1.Communicate with customers worldwide to understand and collect their strategy and requirements in wireless business development, provide in-depth thinking and contributions to the solution development.
2.Design customer-oriented Wireless Solution, including WCDMA/HSPA、LTE、CDMA2000、WiMAX, etc.
3.Define/Manage corporate-level Wireless Solution’s Roadmap and Motivate Solutions’ Realization.
Skills & Experience:
1.Broad knowledge in the telecommunications technology and Information Technology. Familiar with the business design, network design, network operations, network services.
2.8 years or more experience in well-known telecom company product or solution system design、product management, with special emphasis on one of Following: Wireless (UMTS, CDMA, GSM, WiFi), Wireline (Broadband, NGN, and IPTV), FMC, IMS, BSS&OSS, etc.
3.Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.
4.Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills.Quick perception in knowledge of new fields.
