职 位：Engineering / Quality Director
Reporting To ：China GM
Responsibilities：
1、Plan, direct and control the engineering activities of the organization to ensure operations achieve Quality, production and cost objectives (KPI)；
2、Direct and control the engineering and technical operations of the organization in consultation with other managers and professionals to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met；
3、Plan and implement engineering methods, policies and procedures. Liaise with senior manufacturing and research areas of the organization in the design and implementation of operating standards to achieve production plans and business objectives；
4、Participate in the supply and logistics management; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending；
5、Define and review plant maintenance policy to optimize efficiency and quality；
6、Liaise with quality control staff to set quality standards for the efficient functioning of plant and equipment；
7、Coordinate the activities of the engineering function and encourage the exchange of information, ideas and techniques in the various engineering fields；
8、Teach and mentor of engineering principles, standards, and problem solving；
9、Other tasks which are assigned by company．
Requirements：
1、Bachelor's Degree equivalent or above (Masters degree Preferred)；
2、At least 10 years engineering experience in a automotive manufacturing, high-technology or technical environment is required, has ability to manage a Western Style engineering system；
3、Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, Good knowledge about computer skill and fluent English, Very good communication skill and organization skill, Team work spirit. Very good personality in business ethics conduct．
