Senior Executive, Human Resources, Shanghai

Job Summary:

- To update BU's recruitment status and current vacancies

- To shortlist and conduct 1st round interview for Mgr/SRE/RE level candidates and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers

- To maintain, review and develop recruitment channels/suppliers

- To review and develop recruitment and selection procedures and tools

- To lead/assist in specific recruitment programs, e.g. campus recruitment etc

- To collect and analyze recruitment data and provide proposal and recommendations on improvement

- Assist HR Manager in recruitment planning, budgeting and cost control

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

- 4+ years experience in

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Good sense in identifying potential candidates and strong interview skills

- Good time management and stress management skills

- Excellent spoken and written English
