Position Title: Senior Space Planner

Reporting to: Space Planning Assistant Manager

Location: Shanghai

Store Opening

Formats covered include company original, outlet and so on

Work with Regional RD to confirm retail site and flag any locations that does not meet required space planning principles

Manage China store planning agencies to develop store plans and new design elements for key stores

Ensure that store planning and design adhere to company retail format and branding guidelines.

Test new materials and construction methods for new design elements, where appropriate

Work with Own retail team to improve space efficiency and store net sales

Manage the entire store opening process from design to opening

On-site checking for stores in T1-T3 cities

Manage company appointed construction teams to ensure design and construction standards are met and store can be completed on time

Work with Retail Supply to monitor and evaluate performance of vendors

Store Maintenance and Closing

Obtain maintenance feedback from operation team regarding own retail stores

Coordinate with Retailer Construction Team and Retail Supply to ensure maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner

Manage company assets and fixture recycle with Retail Supply and finance team

Experience / Skills Required

Strong project management skill

Interior design and retail construction experience

Visual Merchandising skill is a plus

Takes initiative, organized and results oriented

At least 2 to 3 years retail development management experience with a global consumer goods or retail brand

College degree or above

Good written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin

Strong PC skill, fluent in Microsoft office and Photoshop, AutoCAD
